The food is great and the treat you like family

My husband and I love the Split Rail! We drive 23 miles to eat there. It has old fashioned charm and good food with reasonable prices. Everyone who works there is friendly and accommodating.

Very well priced and excellent food. Rustic diner atmosphere, quaint and quiet. Decent sized menu with something for everyone. Highly recommend the burgers.

Don’t eat here, horrible food

Spit rail indeed..... I found spit in my drink and when confronted they told me “live with it you snowflake, stop complaining about everything.” this place is disgusting.... please don’t eat here.

This restaurant is wonderful and spacious, the food was delightful and the prices were very economical. fast, efficient service and very attentive staff members. Highly recommended.

The people are nice and friendly but my food was inedible. Got a mushroom and Swiss burger and it was so greasy that it soaked through the bottom of the bun and make a pool underneath. I tried it anyway and the meat was tough, chewy, and obviously low quality. It came with a tiny handful of potato chips on the side. I have no idea what everyone else is ordering to say the food is so great.
